Ignite the Change (ITC) activities focus on mitigating the risk of harm and improving the quality of life for Children-in-Care care enrolled in Orphanages & Residential Programs. We collaborate with experts world-wide to establish global Quality Standards and an Orphanage Quality Rating Score.
