To improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of harm to Children-in-Care worldwide, by pioneering the world's first technology platform (ELSA) portal that connects the newly forming Global Network of Supporters who will maximize the resources available to Orphanage Staff, which ITC has trained & Certified in "Best Practices".

ITC educates child advocates around the globe on the Methods of Operation (MOD) of fraudulent  organizations masquerading as a legitimate orphanage, while engaging in child exploitation, sexual abuse, child trafficking, theft, money-laundering, etc. to advance their criminal endeavors. 

 

ITC publishes ELSA'S LIST, showing the Quality Rating Score of an Orphanage to provide visibility to the strengths and weaknesses of the Operations. A low scores indicates elements of care that fall below the baseline minimum standards, or reveal the Director has decided against transparency, both of which reflect high risk of harm to children.
