Certified careFORCE Members make an imPACT by using the CRM database for Partnering, Accountability, Compliance and Transparency (PACT) and raise a Red Flag when suspicious activity is uncovered at an Orphanage. Ignite the Change maintains the world’s largest database of “Red Flag Alerts” received from individuals around the globe who report suspicious activity. The ITC Standards of Care serve as a baseline metric, so people can measure activity to determine if there is a risk of harm from noncompliance.
The Standards of Care & Best Practices are excellent tools to inform everyone of what is considered normal activity. Since corrupt Orphanage Directors are masters of deception, so they offer many excuses and place blame as to why they are unable to comply. Armed with the Standards of Care, everyone is now prepared to recognize when Orphanage operations activity is abnormal. Eagle behavior is characterized by strong territoriality if there is risk of harm to their eaglets. Eagles build nests high in trees for a commanding view and use strong winds to gain altitude and survey surroundings from a safe distance and use keen eyesight to spot threats. Once danger is spotted, Eagles emit specific, loud calls to alert other eagles, at-risk prey and Park Rangers of the danger, a behavior called “mobbing”. Wildlife experts say Eagles form a CareForce PACT network to conduct Mobbing, which harasses the poachers and creates a nuisance.
Imagine a Poacher getting pecked from every angle, emails, letters, calls, visits, press, etc. Certified Eagles learn to safely conduct Mobbing. Specially trained Eagles with certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti Money laundering Specialists) and Compliance, receive a Red Flag Alert will conduct a “low level flyover” to verify, document, prioritize, report and disposition the Alerts as needed. To protect bald eagles, many governments prohibit the possession, sale, purchase, barter, transport, export, import, of any bald eagle.
With so much territory to cover, Federal, State and Local Wildlife Rangers rely on fishermen, hikers, campers and frequent visitors to receive the training and certification to identify poachers and alert the proper Rangers. Training and Certification are mandatory to bring poachers out of the shadows into the light and to insure no fisherman approach poachers directly. It is a fascinating, well-known fact that it is
impossible for poachers to succeed in the bright light of Standards and Best Practices.
